Choose a Scale

For the production of the model series they built models in different scales to be able to tell the story more detailed.


Normal Scale was the main scale they worked in. All sets and all engines from Series 1-12 were built in this scale.

Wharf Scale was used for the narrow gauge Engines that transitioned to this scale during Series 5.

Pack Scale was used for the spinoff series "Jack and the Pack".

Large Scale is the largest scale there is. All close up scenes were filmed in this scale, mostly human characters.
